Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Sonobender ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Sonobender is a mobile application that allows you to play a theremin-style musical instrument using hand gestures captured by your device's camera.

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Circumvent any security features or access restrictions
• Use the app in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the service

In-App Purchases

• Some features require in-app purchases or subscriptions
• All purchases are final and processed through Apple
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings

Advertising

• The free version of the app contains advertisements
• You may watch rewarded ads to earn virtual currency or ad-free time
• Ad-related data is collected as described in our Privacy Policy

Virtual Currency (Coins)

• Coins can be earned through rewarded ads or purchased
• Coins have no real-world monetary value
• Coins are non-refundable and non-transferable
• We reserve the right to modify coin values or availability

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the app are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without prior notice.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
