How do I navigate between screens in Dog Mode? Swipe left or right to move between pages in Dog Mode. The pages are:
How do I end the walk in Dog Mode? Tap the red X button in the top right corner. You’ll be asked to confirm before the session ends.
How do I pause the walk in Dog Mode? Tap the pause button on the bottom toolbar. Tap it again to resume.
How do I change the Night Shine color? On the Night Shine page, swipe left or right to cycle through available colors. Your last selected color is remembered for next time.
How do I show the QR dog tag? Swipe to the QR Dog Tag page in Dog Mode and tap “Show QR Code”. Make sure you’ve set your owner contact info first in Settings > Owner Contact.
The app isn’t tracking my dog’s walk correctly. Make sure location and motion permissions are enabled in Settings > Privacy & Security. Place your iPhone securely in your dog’s harness pouch for best results.
The map shows the wrong location. Make sure location permission is set to “While Using the App” in Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Pep Rally.
How do I add another dog? Go to Settings > Add Dog Profile.
How do I delete a dog profile? Go to Settings > Dog Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete Dog Profile”.
The Night Shine screen isn’t working. Night Shine uses Metal graphics. Make sure your device supports Metal (iPhone 6 and later). If issues persist, try restarting the app.
Walk sessions aren’t saving. Make sure you tap the end button to properly finish a session. Check Settings > Walk History to view all past sessions.
